I'll make my superbowl prediction. I never posted it before the season but my superbowl pick was the colts over the seahawks. Didn't come that close. However, I have been rooting for the Patriots since they blew out my Bills on MNF, hence, completeing the season sweep. I've been telling my friends all year long how disappointing it would be for them to lose in the regular season and win it all at 18-1 or something, that I wanted to see greatness. Now, it would be more disappointing to see them come this far only to lose. They may not be my team, but if my team can't win it then I always want to see something special happen, in terms of greatness. If the Giants win, few will remember that story, they will all be about how the Pats lost. If the Pats win, they are the greatest ever, Period. I don't think this will be close. I don't hear to many people predicting a blowout, but I will. Patriots 42, Giants 10.

I, for one, would remember the Giants winning.
Why? Because they stopped the unstoppable and it would be awesome.

I agree with you Jacobito. The Patriots are once again going to be motivated (if they need to be) by people thinking they have cheated their way to a winning franchise in light of the recent developments surrounding their supposed taping of the Rams final walkthrough from a few years ago. I think the game will be close at the opening kickoff and never again after that. I am predicting 38-10 Patriots (especially cause I have 8 and 0 in a pool ).

Watching this Super Bowl for me will be like pulling teeth. Being a die-hard Eagles fan who grew up hating all NFC East teams and their annoying fans, I couldn't stand seeing the Giants win a championship and having to deal with their fans talking about it for the next 20 years. Being a person who doesn't want to see a perfect season, I couldn't stand seeing a Patriots team be the first 19-0 team (and also having Boston fans pumping their chests about their Red Sox, Patriots and Celtics all possibly having a championship). Either way, I leave the game unhappy.

Luger, I agree with you 100%. I'm a big Eagles fan, and I hate the Patriots (and all Boston sports for that matter). The NFL really sucked this year. My two least favorite teams are the Giants and the Patriots, and where do they end up? The freakin' Super Bowl. I mean, sure the Pats definitely deserve to be in the Super Bowl. I was predicting against them all through the playoffs, but they definitely deserve it. The Giants? I don't think so. I could name at least 5 better teams than the Giants in the NFC. No matter which way the Super Bowl goes, I'm unhappy.
My prediction: Pats 38, Giants 17. Their matchup in the last game of the season was a fluke. That game shouldn't have been close. I don't know how many times I have to say this to everyone, but Eli Manning is one of the most overrated QBs and the biggest piece of garbage I've ever seen in my life.

I'll be the first to admit that I was wrong. Oh well, the Packers are my team anyway and at least they lost to the champs!!!

I'm glad to see the Pats lose, angry to see the Giants win...It would have been the other way around if the Pats won, so what can I say
