Years ago I worked at a company that was sued by the software police so I have been on the up & up ever since. I have always thought it was a matter of time before they try to sue everyone that pirated anything, I wonder if this is the beginning? news.cnet.com/8301-1023_3-20023918-93.htmlThink of the economic impact, all of the lawyers & staff the government would use to track back everyone that used those sites?

Wow...that's crazy.
I will admit, I do pirate software sometimes. If the prices for Microsoft Office, Adobe Audition, and Adobe Photoshop were REASONABLE then I would glady pay the price. Sadly...it's not reasonable at all.

There are good open source & freeware tools out there. I think I could find an alternative for most everything. - MS Office - Open Office, Star Office, reviews.cnet.com/1990-3524_7-5140428-1.html - Adobe Audition - I don't use it but here are some alternatives. www.osalt.com/audition- Adobe Photoshop - I have used Paint.net & a few on this list. www.osalt.com/search?q=photoshop Another thing is to get a Technet subscription, I get it thru work but I can put Windows & Office on up to 10 machines. You have to buy it per year but its a good deal if you use a lot of their products.
